I’ve been meaning to write for the last couple of days, but if I’m not searching for my next mp3 player, then I’m sleeping and reading.
I went out with a friend on Saturday night around Clapham, and we had a great time, got a bit pissed (perfect preparation for the 10km we would be running on the Sunday morning) and got chatted up by some guys in a bar, who were quite sweet.
The 10km was really, really good – I enjoyed it so much. Apart from the heat, which made it quite tough therefore increasing my time by 2 minutes (damn!), I didn’t stop once. The cheery music along the way was really nice, but the classical music really angered me lots. Actually I was quite surprised as to how angry I did get – I wanted to shout at the stupid DJ that classical music, no matter how British the run was, is completely inappropriate for the last 2 km of the race! Actually, it still drives me mad just thinking about it now. Anyway, finally completed it in 1.09.22.
I can’t wait until Pirates of the Caribbean 2 comes out. Honestly, Jonny is so gorgeous!
